Review Requests: Currently open

If you are an author or publisher I ask that you please familiarize yourself with my review style and my reading preferences before sending me an email. You can put in your review request at: If you do send an email please put in the subject line REVIEW REQUEST: "Title of the book" by "author."

In the body of the email please put the following:

Publication Date
Trigger Warnings
Links to Amazon and Goodreads
Preferred time frame for post

I am very happy to receive all books that follow my outline in print or e-reader form although print form is preferred and will end up higher priority. I accept e-books in EPUB, PDF or MOBI format. I am also open to listening to audiobooks should you prefer to send me that. If you decide to send me a book and it is the second book in a series, then I may require you to send me all of the previous books.

Please understand that I cannot make any guarantees when it comes to my review. I cannot guarantee I will like every book sent to me or that I will automatically give it a good review. I will review each book sent to me honestly and in my own review style unless I find something offensive in the book and cannot continue. As I do quite in depth reviews I cannot say exactly how long it will take me to read a book and post about it.

The things I find offensive and which will make me discontinue a book are as follows:

An insensitivity to trigger warnings
A toxic relationship not being represented as such
Books involving certain genres that I do not read but being included in the book sent

My Preferred Genres are as follows:

Young Adult Fantasy
Young Adult Science Fiction
Young Adult Paranormal
Young Adult Mystery
Young Adult Historical Fiction
Young Adult Contemporary
Middle Grade Fantasy
Middle Grade Science Fiction
Middle Grade Historical Fiction
New Adult Fantasy
New Adult Science Fiction
Adult Fantasy
Adult Science Fiction
Adult Historical Fiction
Adult Mystery/ Murder Mystery
Some Romance

Genres I don't review:

Anything with rape or dubious consent
Space Opera

Books I'm generally drawn to are:

Ones that have a strong female protagonist in s fantasy world or are transported to a fantasy world and are made to overcome obstacles with a romantic interest. Great world building is a must and a continuous plot with no plot holes and characters that are realistic even though the world they may be in is not.
